Responses (like from PingGoat!) and Being Heard

Okay. I feel like a little-old-lady admitting to this. You know what I mean. One of those people (little old men can be just as guilty) who seem to have nothing better to do than go around sending off emails all the time.

Well, I do. Whenever there's a problem with a website, I send a note to the webmaster or whatever contact I can find. I'm not trying to be a little old lady, honest. (Is this something that just creeps up on you?) But it is encouraging when I see that those emails ARE read. Well, sometimes.
